This panel consists of Account Status, Delivery Summary and Download Daily Reports sections. It is displayed under SMS and Voice tab.

Account Type: shows if the account is prepaid or postpaid.

Account Balance: shows message balance.

Pending Approval: shows the number of messages withheld. 

Posting Hours: shows the posting hours for sending messages.

Country: shows the country name.

Industry: shows the category name opted by customers (as per TRAI regulation) wanting to send promotional messages.

Recharge button: takes you to the Recharge page.

NCPR Rejected: Number of messages rejected because of TRAI's NCPR list.

Not sent to operator: Number of messages not sent to operator. For e.g. Messages canceled after requesting.

Message in Queue: Number of messages which are waiting in the system to be sent out.

Delivered: Number of messages delivered.

Failed: Number of failed messages.

Reports pending: Number of delivery reports pending for messages sent.

: You can view the delivery summary of messages requested for last 90 days.

This allows you to download daily reports up to last 90 days. You can also View HTML link to view the report.
